Good morning!!!

I walked around the kitchen for a few minutes wrestling about what to eat. I've been wanting to do the Military Diet again but I would need to go to the store. I don't have much time this week as our church is having Vacation Bible School and our family plays a big part in it. We are the decorating committee, the worship director and music director. My day is GONE by 4pm. So I don't have time to be planning ahead with what I'm eating.

I went into the pantry and picked up the box of Cocoa Pebbles only for a second. I put it down and turned off the light...I headed to the fridge...we had some melon, but I needed something more to hold me over.

I had: 12 grain toast with peanut butter, chia seed and raisins :) one slice was enough.

My coffee is another story. For a few years I've been using International Delight French Vanilla much is so nicely full of artificial sweeteners, preservatives and I'm sure any other fake thing they could get in there....but I can't kick the habit.
For a while now I've entertained the thought of drinking black coffee...but it only lasted a few days and I wanted my creamer!

So don't be discouraged if you struggle with a love-hate relationship with your "ID"...you aren't alone haha

Getting my work out on today!!:
-40min on treadmill (walking at 3.5mph, running at 7mph)
-10lb weights routine (arm curls, jabs, lifts, push-back's, side bends)
-maybe TurboFire 10Abs and/or 20Core
-squats
-arms circles
-wall sit
-stretch :)

Hope you enjoy your day!!!! Remember God made your body, He knows the best way to take care of it, ask Him! :)

The finished omelette muffins

I'm bagging some to put in the freezer for breakfasts for my Dad.

Here's what I did:

1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 Cup cheese (I used Mexican blend from Costco)
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 strips of cooked bacon chopped (a little bit set aside to top)
3 Tablespoons Salsa (because I didn't have tomatoes)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Tiny bit of Pepper and Salt

Oven at 350 F.

Spray muffin tray. Try to spray each one, or coat with butter if you'd like.

I put everything into a bowl mixed it up and used a ladle to put it into the muffin tin. Then sprinkled the bacon pieces on top.

Cook about 20minutes...until it doesn't wiggle that much anymore and is starting to brown a little on top. :)

I plan to add spinach next time :) and maybe do vegetarian ones for someone ;)

I could have gone for the cereal...

I have a wedding to go to today...so I want to feel good and healthy...especially in my tummy. Last night we had Red Lobster...it was really good...but today I'm going to be more purposed in what I grab.

So breakfast shall be fruit today :)

Have a awesome day everyone! Water is your friend :)
