- I have been drinking a glass of water at least upon waking up, at lunch, before I'm off work, and before bed.
- I have taken breads and pasta out of my diet this week.
- I have been having detox tea before bed most nights.
- Limiting my diet to healthy, smaller meals.
I feel pretty good because of the water. And I don't really miss bread or pasta :)
